# ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSTPONED LISTING AND UPDATES ON HERO & GEM TOKENS

Dear HERONET community,

After careful consideration, we have concluded that the current time is not ideal for listing HERO Token. To ensure the best conditions for HERO Token's listing, we need more time to complete marketing activities, community development, and partnerships with strategic allies. This will help maximize HERO Token's growth potential and bring the best value to our investors.

**Here are the latest updates:**

1. The listing of HERO Token will be postponed to January 1, 2025.
2. The withdrawal of HERO Token will be rescheduled to December 15, 2024.
3. The GEM Token Airdrop program will be extended until January 30, 2025.
4. GEM Token withdrawals will commence on February 10, 2025.
5. The GEM Token swap with HERO Token will officially start on February 15, 2025.

**Refund Mechanism:**

From October 6, 2024, to October 31, 2024, investors who purchased HERO Token during the presale can request a refund by sending an email to <support@heronet.xyz>.

* We will process the refunds within 30 days of receiving the request.
* The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any affiliate commission fees that were paid out.
* After October 31, 2024, HERONET will no longer support refunds under any circumstances.
