# NOTICE OF RECOVERY OF SUPPORT AMOUNTS THAT DO NOT MEET KPI

Dear Leaders and Community Members,

HERONET would like to respectfully announce the revocation of support funds for leader accounts related to the recent presale HERO Token support packages.

1. **Support Program:**

From April 1 to May 31, HERONET implemented a support program for community development leaders, offering presale HERO Token packages valued at 500 USD, 1,000 USD, and 2,000 USD. The condition for receiving these support packages was that leaders must commit to achieving presale HERO Token sales five times the value of the support packages, equivalent to 2,500 USD for the 500 USD package, 5,000 USD for the 1,000 USD package, and 10,000 USD for the 2,000 USD package.

As per the initial commitment, leaders were required to meet the target within 1 month from the date of receiving the support. However, HERONET extended the deadline by 1 more month, totaling 2 months. After this period, if leaders fail to meet the KPI, HERONET will proceed with revoking the support funds.

2. **Audit and Revocation:**

From September 15 to September 31, HERONET will officially conduct an internal audit in preparation for the HERO Token listing on October 10, 2024. During this time, the support packages will be audited and classified, identifying cases for fund revocation or official approval of support for leaders who have met the target.

Accounts that have not met the committed KPIs will have their support funds fully revoked. However, accounts that have purchased presale HERO Tokens with actual USDT, not through support funds, will remain unaffected by this revocation process.

3. Partial Revocation for Accounts Achieving Over 50% of KPI:

For accounts that have achieved more than 50% of their KPI, HERONET will revoke support funds proportionally based on the percentage of the KPI that was not met. This means only the portion of the support equivalent to the unmet target will be revoked, while the remaining balance will be retained by the account holders.
